VINIFICATION – Total destemming, smooth and delicate pneumatic pressing in an inert atmosphere. Fermentation in stainless steel vats at low temperature.

TASTING NOTES – After a brief aging, it emerges with a very fresh floral and citric aroma, with a lively fruity finish.
